Briottet's Ginger Liqueur is made from fresh ginger roots, which are macerated and then distilled. Following the addition of sugar, we obtain a powerful liqueur with a pronounced ginger taste.
This liqueur is used mainly in cocktails but can also be employed as a cooking ingredient.
