Kirsch cherry eau de vie brandy
Drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy, even in small quantities, can have serious consequences for the health of the child.
Kirsch Briottet is made from the best varieties of cherries (some of which are harvested in Fougerolles, East of France). Following fermentation, the cherries are distilled in the traditional manner. Kirsch Briottet is a very characteristic cherry eau de vie, with a frank and powerful palate.
Drink very chilled, at the end of a meal. An indispensable accompaniment to a Savoyard cheese fondue, Kirsch is also great when drunk with desserts such as cherry charlottes, epiphany cake and also black forest gateaux.
