Two categories of rum are available on the market.
Industrial rum also called sugar refinery rum and traditional rum is made from molasses, a by-product of sugar refining. Whereas agricultural rum is obtained from natural juice or vesou, which is a by-product of sugar cane processing.

Our White Agricultural Rum (54% ABV) is an agricultural rum which has Martinique AOC status. It meets very specific specifications as to the manufacturing process employed, the variety of sugar cane used and also as to storage and ageing.
This premium-quality rum has great finesse and will enthral rum connoisseurs.

Our 54% ABV White Agricultural Rum can be drunk both straight or as an ingredient in many cocktails.
