Indeed, for this dill liqueur, you have both a herbaceous side and an anise note. And yes to make it, we use an essential oil of French dill. Thus, this allows to exactly restore the flavor of dill in the form of liqueur.

In addition, we imagined it low sweetness to keep all the freshness of this herb. This, in the same spirit as our basil liqueur.

To taste it you can "spice up" the classic Gin and Tonic. To do this, we offer a cocktail recipe l'Anethonic. To start, pour into a glass 3-5 cl of Gin (more or less strong cocktail). Then, add 3 cl of dill liqueur and 10 cl of Tonic. Finally, to complete the cocktail, add some cucumber slices and some ice cubes.  Thus, you get a very fresh and perfect cocktail for the summer.
