Guignolet Briottet is a liqueur. We macerate Morello cherries in French neutral alcohol and water.
Then we add a little extra-fine French white sugar. The result is a liqueur with a very strong cherry taste, but one which is not very sweet.
To be drunk on its own as an aperitif (a pre-dinner drink).
