Apple Martini : 3 cl of Vodka, 2 cl of Manzana Briottet, 2 cl of Apple Juice. Pour in a shaker la vodka with ice. Shake. Serve it fresh.
Manzana Verde-Rum: 4 cl of Briottet White Rum, 3 cl of Briottet Manzana Verde, plus some lemon tonic water. Pour in the rum and the manzana, and top up with as much tonic as you like.
