Recipe idea
Maraschino is a liqueur which is made by distilling the stones of small bitter cherries called Marasca cherries.
This liqueur was created in Italy, which is where the name "Maraschino", which is often used to refer to it, comes from.
The "Aviation" cocktail: 4 cl of gin, 1.5 cl of Briottet Maraschino, 1 cl of Briottet Violet Liqueur, and 1.5 cl of lemon juice. Or let's try the Last Word cocktail.
