Briottet's very old Fine de Bourgogne is the result of distillation of wine lees from the prestigious Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune wine-growing areas. To obtain an extraordinary Fine de Bourgogne, we age it in oak barrels with capacities of 228 litres (Burgundy barrels). The result is extreme roundness and development of that incomparable taste of the local countryside.
As is the case with marc brandy, it can be mixed with Dijon Crème de Cassis or can be drunk on its own as an after-dinner drink.
