Grapefruit Liqueur 70 cl, 18% alc.

Grapefruit Liqueur is made from pink grapefruit or pomelo, native to the West Indies. 

Our liqueur perfectly restores the acidulous side of pink pomelo. The mouth is fresh and expresses wonderfully the aromas of this citrus: sweetness and bitterness.

Moreover, this liqueur was previously unique in our range. Over the past ten years, it has gradually become established. In the end, it has almost become a classic liqueur like chestnut cream for example.

Little sweet, it brings a touch of pep’s to your cocktails. In particular, combined with gin and tonic, it will bring color and flavor for a refreshing cocktail. Finally, to finish this cocktail, do not forget the "garnish", this small element of decoration of the glass.  Then, we recommend simplicity with a small rosemary branch for example. Who said you had to be a bartender to impress your guests? And if you want to go further in the cocktail, we invite you to try the Pastel Waves with its touch of coriander.

Of course, it will be wonderful with a rosé wine. Choose the latter quality, such as a Rosé wine from our friends at Château d'Ollières. At the rate of one fifth of liqueur for four-fifths of wine, you have the perfect combination. To complete the whole thing, a few ice cubes and voila! As a little holiday air will blow on your appetizers.
