L'Alcool pour Fruits Briottet enables you -- due to its purity and its neutrality -- to prepare, in summer, great jars of fruit conserved in alcohol, without damaging or adulterating the taste of plums, cherries, etc. (you need to cut off two-thirds of cherry stems), depending on your tastes and recipes.
To be used in fruit jar preparations and also in the spirits you yourself might want to invent!
