Discover our craftsmanshipMaison Briottet was founded in 1836. Crème de Cassis was the first liqueur produced by the company in the late 19th century. Since then, the range of liqueurs has expanded, with over 60 available.
Today, Vincent and Claire Briottet, brother and sister, carry on the tradition in their historic premises on Dijon's Rue Berlier. The 6th generation at the helm of the family business, they are committed to continuing the work of their forebears as liqueur-makers.
