Pontarlier-Anis Ponsec 50 cl, 45% ABV.

Created in 1921 by Armand Guy, Pontarlier-Anis Ponsec carries on a family tradition of expertise passed down since 1890. It is produced exclusively by distilling green aniseed, drawing on the tradition of absinthe, combined with a maceration of selected herbs that ensures natural preservation and stabilisation. Its name, ‘Ponsec’, indicates a light sugar content, which gives it a rounded flavour and a long finish, unlike the ‘A l’Ancienne’ version, which contains no added sugar. Guaranteed to be free from star anise and liquorice, it is distilled in the distillery’s century-old copper stills.
