Curaçao Triple Sec is also known simply as ‘Triple Sec’. It is a classic ingredient for cocktail aficionados. However, it often appears in recipes under the name of a famous brand beginning with a C... In reality, Curaçao Triple Sec is the original name of this bitter orange liqueur, which is essential for making the famous ‘Cosmopolitan’ or Margarita cocktails. Not to mention cooking! As for Blue Curaçao, it is Triple Sec's cousin. It has the same bitter orange base but is less alcoholic and coloured blue. It adds a touch of indulgence and an incredible colour.
