To enjoy these liqueurs, we recommend adding just one ice cube at the end of a meal. This may surprise you, but it's a lovely way to really appreciate a liqueur. What's more, it's a gentle way to end a meal and less alcoholic than a traditional digestif. Alternatively, serve them as an aperitif with a (good) dry white wine from your region or an Aligoté Bourguignon. For those who enjoy sparkling wine, you can choose a Crémant de Bourgogne or Champagne instead of white wine. This gives the aperitif a festive touch! Everyone can choose their liqueur according to their mood or taste.
